Pear in Bristol: 23 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Pear prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.55 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a pear pen device really costs in Bristol
Pear in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested pear in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every pear bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
Where pear goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why pear tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing pear with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for pear in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
