Pear pod kit Coil in Bristol: the wholesale shortlist
Pear in Bristol: 23 units tested over 2 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Pear is allowed to say
Pear sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Pear prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £1.62 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long pear tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a pear pod kit really costs in Bristol
A pear pod kit from the bulk options in Bristol costs about £1.62 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested pear in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where pear goes wrong
- Mixing pear with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised £34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.62 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here

Packaging for pear in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?

Can I order Coil online in Bristol?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 2–4 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should pear start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
