Vanilla box mod Coil in Bristol: the best shortlist
Vanilla in Bristol: 10 units tested over 2 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Vanilla box mod here
Vanilla in Bristol reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
We run vanilla the same way in Bristol: same box mod, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a vanilla box mod really costs in Bristol
The honest read on vanilla: 10 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested vanilla in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for vanilla in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.94 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.

On the last run in Bristol: about £2.94 per 10 ml liquid plus £42 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.

In Bristol we measured 2 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
