Spiced starter kit Coil in Bristol: the compare shortlist
Spiced in Bristol: 14 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What spiced costs in Bristol
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.25 per 10 ml.
We run spiced the same way in Bristol: same starter kit, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: spiced in Bristol works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a spiced starter kit really costs in Bristol
A spiced starter kit from the compared options in Bristol costs about £3.25 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested spiced in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into Bristol.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing spiced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
Can I order Coil online in Bristol?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 2–4 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does spiced in a starter kit last?
In Bristol we measured 2 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
