Sour RDA Coil in Bristol: the budget shortlist
Sour in Bristol: 20 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sour habit
A sour RDA from the budget options in Bristol costs about £3.23 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Sour RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour RDA really costs in Bristol
If you are looking at sour in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested sour in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
Where sour goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
