Sour cartomizer Coil in Bristol: the compare shortlist
Sour in Bristol: 24 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Delivery, returns and what 2–4 business days really means
Sour in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour cartomizer really costs in Bristol
The honest read on sour: 24 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested sour in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where sour goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Bristol survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should sour start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
How long does sour in a cartomizer last?
In Bristol we measured 6 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sour the budget price and the premium price can sit within £1.92 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
