Salted prefilled pod Coil in Bristol: the guide shortlist
Salted in Bristol: 18 units tested over 5 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Salted is allowed to say
Salted in a prefilled pod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Salted in Bristol reaches the shelf in prefilled pod formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: salted in Bristol works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted prefilled pod really costs in Bristol
There is no single best way to buy Coil in Bristol. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested salted in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
Where salted goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.42 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Packaging for salted in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is salted legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.42 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
