Plum RDA Coil in Bristol: the review shortlist
Plum in Bristol: 22 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
If you are looking at plum in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Plum RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: plum in Bristol works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum RDA really costs in Bristol
The honest read on plum: 22 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised £63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.67 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £1.67 per 10 ml liquid plus £63 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within £1.67 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
