Plain zero-nicotine bottle Coil in Bristol: the compare shortlist
Plain in Bristol: 9 units tested over 2 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Where buyers go wrong with plain in Bristol
Plain zero-nicotine bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a zero-nicotine bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: plain in Bristol works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Bristol
The honest read on plain: 9 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plain in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plain goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a zero-nicotine bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plain in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
