Nutty pen device Coil in Bristol: the order shortlist
Nutty in Bristol: 12 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Where buyers go wrong with nutty in Bristol
The honest read on nutty: 12 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run nutty the same way in Bristol: same pen device, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long nutty tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a nutty pen device really costs in Bristol
A nutty pen device from the pre-order options in Bristol costs about £1.62 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested nutty in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long nutty in Bristol survives.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Treating the advertised £52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.62 per 10 ml.
