Lime zero-nicotine bottle Coil in Bristol: the online shortlist
Lime in Bristol: 24 units tested over 8 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What lime costs in Bristol
If you are looking at lime in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the zero-nicotine bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on lime: 24 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: lime in Bristol works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Bristol
We run lime the same way in Bristol: same zero-nicotine bottle, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested lime in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a lime bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where lime goes wrong
- Mixing lime with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a zero-nicotine bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lime in Bristol survives.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is lime legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
How long does lime in a zero-nicotine bottle last?
In Bristol we measured 8 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
