Licorice in Bristol: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on licorice: 22 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: licorice in Bristol works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice nicotine salt bottle really costs in Bristol
There is no single best way to buy Coil in Bristol. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested licorice in a nicotine salt bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a nicotine salt bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How much does a nicotine salt bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £2.51 per 10 ml liquid plus £40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.51 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
