Licorice cartomizer Coil in Bristol: the order shortlist
Licorice in Bristol: 6 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What licorice costs in Bristol
Licorice in Bristol reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you are looking at licorice in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice cartomizer really costs in Bristol
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.4 per 10 ml.
How we tested licorice in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Bristol.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.4 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £2.4 per 10 ml liquid plus £47 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
Can I order Coil online in Bristol?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 2–4 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
