Licorice box mod Coil in Bristol: the deals shortlist
Licorice in Bristol: 17 units tested over 6 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the licorice habit
Most people searching Coil in Bristol are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The honest read on licorice: 17 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice box mod really costs in Bristol
A licorice box mod from the discounted options in Bristol costs about £1.73 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within £1.73 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
