Iced cartomizer Coil in Bristol: the review shortlist
Iced in Bristol: 13 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the iced habit
We run iced the same way in Bristol: same cartomizer, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A iced cartomizer from the reviewed options in Bristol costs about £1.71 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced cartomizer really costs in Bristol
Most people searching Coil in Bristol are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested iced in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where iced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
