Grapey in Bristol: 10 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £1.86 per 10 ml.
We run grapey the same way in Bristol: same pen device, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a grapey pen device really costs in Bristol
We run grapey the same way in Bristol: same pen device, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested grapey in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long grapey in Bristol survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing grapey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for grapey in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Coil online in Bristol?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 2–4 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does grapey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the grapey blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should grapey start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
