Cola starter kit Coil in Bristol: the order shortlist
Cola in Bristol: 8 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How to tell a good starter kit from a repack
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.45 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at cola in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: cola in Bristol works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cola starter kit really costs in Bristol
A cola starter kit from the pre-order options in Bristol costs about £2.45 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested cola in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where cola goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing cola with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should cola start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
